WPOZ Hires New Midday Jock
WPOZ/Orlando (Z88.3) welcomes Cindy Simmons as midday host. She will be replacing Tracy Leek as Tracy transitions to other functions at the station and to spend more time with family.
Cindy was born and raised in Southern California with past radio experience at secular radio stations in California, Nashville and Atlanta. This is her first time working in Christian radio.
Although this is her first time working in Christian Radio Cindy is not a stranger to the format. While working in Atlanta, she became best friends with Taylor Scott of “Kevin and Taylor in the Morning” at WFSH/Atlanta (104.7 The Fish). Cindy and Taylor have even run a Disney half marathon together.
Cindy and her family are Disney fanatics so Orlando is the perfect place for them.
