iHeart has launched another CCM station on a translator. Its “Up 103.7” in St Louis on translator W279AQ Mascoutah, Ill from the HD2 signal of KLOU/St Louis (103.3). The translator is actually owned by EMF and was previously mainstream hits. iHeart launched “Up 107.3” in Ft.
