WYQQ Gets Power Increase Into Worcester

WYQQ/Charlton, MA (The Q90.1) increased it’s reach with a new signal with the potential to reach over 500,000 people in greater Worcester, MA. The city of Worcester is the 2nd largest populated city in all of New England states, next to Boston. The FCC has approved and licensed WYQQ to increase its coverage from 120 watts to 250 watts into the greater Worcester, MA region. With this small increase, it’s allowing the ministry to reach over 400,000 additional people and for Q90.1’s mission to reach more for Jesus.

WUQQ President/morning host Ryan Gagne says, “We are so grateful for the opportunity to connect with more listeners with a message of hope & encouragement in our region through music, local personalities and community connection”.

Through a stronger FM radio signal, we can serve our current listeners better and reach new listeners in communities and cities with a life-giving message of God’s love.
The Q90.1 is on a mission to connect people, churches, businesses, and communities together with the love of Jesus Christ. We envision impacting and inspiring all with the hope of Jesus through this media outreach.

WYQQ is in its 10th year on the air. The station, owned by Epic Light Network, Inc. began broadcasting on December 4, 2012.
