WBGL Soul Identity Women’s Conference

L-R: WBGL Middays Host Meridith Foster, Tasha Layton and WBGL Evenings Host Pam Peoples

Women traveled from all over Illinois and Indiana to WBGL/Champaign’s first-ever Soul Identity Women’s Conference. Evening Show host, Pam Peoples led a team of 27 volunteers from the community to host a sold-out crowd of over 240 women in the WBGL Warehouse.

Pam’s vision was to bring a diverse group of women leaders together and provide a day where women could “take off the mask” and discover their God-given identity. Guest speaker Dominique Ely and radio hosts Lisa Williams and Meridith Foster were among those who recounted their journeys about discovering who they truly are in Christ. BEC Recordings artist, Tasha Layton joined in to share her music and powerful story of finding her value in Jesus. It was a refreshing day of worship, soul care, and truth from God’s Word, and WBGL is looking forward to hosting more of these events in the future!
