NAB Marconi Radio Awards Nominees
The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) has just unveiled the nominees for the prestigious 2023 NAB Marconi Radio Awards in a captivating livestreamed video.
The winners will be revealed on October 25 during the Marconi Radio Awards Dinner, sponsored by Xperi, which will be held as part of the NAB Show in New York.
Since its inception in 1989, the NAB Marconi Radio Awards, named after the visionary inventor and Nobel laureate Guglielmo Marconi, have been a beacon of recognition for exceptional radio stations and outstanding on-air personalities, celebrating their excellence in the field.
The livestream was skillfully hosted by two prominent Washington, D.C.-based broadcasters: Guy Lambert, the news director at WPGC-FM, and Stacey Stone, an on-air personality at WGTS-FM.

WGTS/Wash DC afternoon co-host Stacey Stone was a presenter for the NAB Marconi Radio Awards Finalist livestream today. She was joined by Guy Lambert from WPGC/Wash DC.
Stacey tells HisAir, “This is the first time the NAB is using on-air talent to announce the finalists and it was an incredible honor.”
WGTS won two NAB Marconi Radio Awards in 2021 for Religious Station of the Year and Best Radio Podcast of the Year for “We Need To Talk.”
