KTIS Names New Program Director

KTIS/Minneapolis has hired KNWS/Waterloo (Life 101.9) Station Manager Matt Deane as the stations new program director. Matt replaces Keith Stevens who will move into a full-time Morning Show host role. Matt will be moving to the Twin Cities for the new position. 

“What an amazing privilege it is to be joining the KTIS team,” says Matt. “God is using this ministry in big ways in the Twin Cities, and I am so excited to have a front row seat to see what He will do in the months and years to come.”

Keith Stevens will continue hosting the KTIS Morning Show. “I’ve enjoyed serving as PD of KTIS for over 10 years,” says Keith. “It has been fun to see KTIS grow and reach people for Christ. I’m looking forward to focusing my efforts on continuing to wake up Minneapolis – St. Paul as KTIS’ morning show host.”

Matt Deane was elevated to KNWS Station Manager in July 2018. Previously he served PD/morning host at WCLQ/Wausau (89Q) before joining KNWS as PD in March 2016. 

 98.5 KTIS is a part of the Northwestern Media network of University of Northwestern – St. Paul. Northwestern Media operates 21 stations in 13 markets across 10 states. Their radio signals reach more than 1.25 million listeners each week.
