EMF is buying KXXF/Beaumont (105.3) from Excel Media for $610K. KXXF is a Class C 2 FM – 50,000 watts.

EMF has secured its initial full-power station in the market where K-LOVE presently broadcasts on three FM translators, which are the 98.1 FM K251AL licensed in Beaumont, TX, the 94.7 FM K234AM licensed in Groves, TX, and the 98.9 FM K255BB licensed in Mauriceville, TX.

The 54th Annual GMA Dove Awards submission round is underway. GMA Professional Members can submit now through Tuesday, May 16th at 11:59pm CT.

Many stations have already signed up to air the Daywind Mother’s Day Radio Special. There are still available markets. The Southern Gospel special includes interviews with Mark Lowry, Joseph Habedank, Kelly Nelon Clark, Matthew Gooch, Tim Menzies, Christian Davis, Sarah Davison, Todd Tilghman and more. Plus, it includes a playlist of great southern gospel songs about mom.
