For the 3rd year in a row, WPOS/Holland, OH (Proclaim FM) has won Best Radio Station for The Toledo City Paper’s Best of Toledo Contest. Proclaim FM is celebrating by having a Listener Appreciation Day on Friday, March 10th with an all day long celebration, ending with a free concert with Toledo’s own Sanctus Real and special guest Dia Viola.
KBRN/Boerne, TX (Boerne Radio 103.9) has entered an agreement with local newspaper The Boerne Star. Both media organizations will merge operations under one roof at The Star’s offices located at 941 N. School St.
Boerne Radio’s co-founders Baron and Shan Wiley, along with their team, will relocate to The Star’s office to enhance their collaboration. Jessica Christensen, the Star’s Marketing Consultant, expressed her delight with the partnership and the opportunity it presents for the team to work together, stating that the energy and excitement from Boerne Radio would be fantastic for the office.
While the two outlets have collaborated for some years, this newly formed partnership will expand their offerings to include video, audio, and written content, providing the residents of Boerne with a comprehensive news and entertainment experience.

The audio production library, developed by Christian radio imaging and production experts, is exclusively tailored for Contemporary Christian radio stations. Interested stations can access the Benztown Contemporary Christian Library on a market-exclusive basis for barter or cash, with trial accounts also available. Benztown’s Vice President of Sales and Operations, Masa Patterson, expressed enthusiasm about partnering with Broadcasters General Store (BGS), stating that the BGS team has unparalleled relationships in the industry. Patterson also noted that the response to the Benztown Contemporary Christian Music (CCM) Library has been exceptional and BGS is the ideal partner to help elevate it further.
Shane Finch, Sales Manager at BGS, stated that Christian programmers have long been constrained to using production and imaging libraries designed for other formats, but with Benztown’s CCM Library, they can now take their branding to a whole new level. Finch added that BGS is excited to share this news with its existing and future clients.
