WJQK/Grand Rapids (JOY99) morning hosts Tommy and Brooke (at left) are celebrating 17 years as a morning team waking up West Michigan.

The two became a morning show team in December 2004. From the moment they first went on the air together, they knew their mission. “To encourage others to encourage others”. They’ve done that at both their previous stations together, WCSG/Grand Rapids and WSRW/Grand Rapids (Star 105.7). Their path has led them here “for such a time as this” and they want God to use them in even more powerful ways. From Cookin’ With Brooke to Little Giggles to the Best Day Ever, they want families to be encouraged and to enjoy listening.

Former WFHM/Cleveland (95.5 The Fish) morning co-host Brooke Taylor has decided to pull the plug on her podcast. With over two hundred thousand downloads, worldwide streaming and six years of broadcasts, 𝑇ℎ𝑒 𝐵𝑟𝑜𝑜𝑘𝑒 𝑇𝑎𝑦𝑙𝑜𝑟 𝑆ℎ𝑜𝑤 is coming to an end.

Brooke says, Jennifer Willits and I launched the show, originally called 𝐺𝑜𝑜𝑑 𝑇ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑠 𝑅𝑎𝑑𝑖𝑜, during a time when we were both ready for a new adventure.”

Curb Word artists for KING & COUNTRY have extended their record for consecutive No. 1 singles to seven with “Relate”—the lead single from the group’s upcoming March 2022 release What Are We Waiting For?. “Relate” has hit No. 1 on the Billboard  Christian Airplay Chart, as well as the Mediabase Christian AC Airplay Chart, marking the 10th career No. 1 for the Billboard Music Award winners.

“There’s something beautiful about the fact that, in a time such as this, a song speaking to the idea of relating to one another and showing compassion and empathy has been so readily received,” Joel Smallbone tells Billboard. “It seems to speak to our worldwide desire to become kinder and more understanding versions of ourselves.”
