MAR 2024 PPM numbers are being released this week. Today Day 2 markets include Baltimore, St Louis, Tampa and more.

KTIS/Minneapolis continues to lead the pack with its 3rd #1 in a row today in the MAR Nielsen PPM (AQH Share Persons 6+, Mon-Sun 6AM-Mid). KTIS has trended 10.7-10.5-10.6.

DWAV/Manilla (89.1 FM Wave FM) in the Philippines has transitioned from the hip-hop and R&B to test signals prior to Christian programming after Adventist World Radio (AWR) took over control of the station. 

Blockbuster Broadcasting System owned AWR operates terrestrial and shortwave radio service of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. A launch is set for Apr. 24 on its newest frequency 89.1. 

Adventist World Radio broadcasts in over 100 languages with shortwave radio, podcasts and 1,700+ AM/FM radio stations.

Taping took place early Friday at the Salem studios in Rosslyn, VA the  first episode of the new weekly news program This Week On The Hill with Tony Perkins and U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson. The new show premiered on the Salem Radio Network with additional releases on the Salem News Channel, Salem Podcast Network and on TOWNHALL.com. To watch go HERE.

The National Association of Broadcasters annual NAB Show kicked off on Saturday in Las Vegas with close to 1,300 exhibitors across 700,000 square feet in the Central, West and South Halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center and an anticipated attendance as high as 70,000

HisAir NEWS FLASHBACK – April 16 2021 – WCSG/Grand Rapids Executive Director Chris Lemke tells HisAir he will be stepping down from his position this summer. In his 36 years Cornerstone University Lemke has served as program director, general manager, and Executive Director. Chris says more details on his future plans are forthcoming.
