NRB announces evangelist and missionary Franklin Graham as keynote speaker during the Opening Session of the 2023 NRB International Christian Media Convention on May 22, 2023 in Orlando, Florida.
Graham has carried on a generational legacy of sharing the Gospel through every medium available; from face-to-face evangelism to hands-on acts of service to digital campaigns reaching millions of listeners and viewers. As the Opening Session headliner, Graham will set the tone for NRB 2023 by reminding Christian media leaders of the critical importance of remaining faithful to the historic truths of Scripture. Graham has devoted his life to meeting the needs of hurting people around the world and proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The eldest son of Billy and Ruth Bell Graham, he serves as President and CEO of Samaritan’s Purse and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.
“All too often, we are seeing pastors and ministries fall by the wayside, compromising on the truth of Scripture and disintegrating into fixtures of the culture,” said NRB President & CEO Troy A. Miller. “As our society is bombarded by anti-Christian hostility and contempt for First Amendment freedoms, Graham’s message promises to deliver exactly what we need to hear as Christian leaders: a call to stand firm, not bow to the cultural influences of the day.”

Southern Gospel’s Becky Isaacs Bowman was involved in a serious car accident December 15th and is currently confined to a wheelchair. The accident left her with multiple broken bones, and she underwent emergency surgery on her knees and legs. Initial prognosis suggested that it would be a month or more before she could consider putting weight back on her legs.
Greg Goodman at Daywind says, “This is amazing progress for Becky. The next step is intensive physical therapy, which will help her begin the process of walking again. Continue to keep Becky in your prayers. Here she is with help from Bruce Watkins, Candy Christmas and Aaron Crabb. This is “Master Of The Wind.”
