KSBJ Consultant John Frost told HisAir, “Ratings success is not the litmus test for success in our format.   But what drives that success is foundational.   Clear vision and purpose,  a talented and motivated group of the right people with the right hearts, leadership suppling the investment to strengthen the product and invite new listeners in.   KSBJ, uniquely, has built a brand on Texas values.  They know their audience and they know how to reflect those beliefs and values.   A new listener can tune into KSBJ and say, “That’s me!”
