Salem Media Group says it was victim to a ransomware attack that infiltrated some of its operational and information technology systems. Outside hired outside computer experts that specialize in helping companies recover from a ransomware attack.
Many of its critical operational data and business systems have been recovered but is assessing what happened and does not expect the incident to have a material impact on its business, operations, or financial condition.
Curb | Word Entertainment artist for KING & COUNTRY leads the 2020 Dove Award nominations with six total – Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, Pop / Contemporary Recorded Song of the Year, Contemporary Christian Artist of the Year, Spanish Language Recorded Song of the Year, and Short Form Video of the Year. Voting for the final winners will run August 20th through August 27th. The 51st Annual GMA Dove Awards will air exclusively on TBN (Trinity Broadcasting Network) on Friday, October 30th at 7pm CT.

The Provident Entertainment family of artists, labels, songwriters, publishers, and filmmakers received 68 GMA Dove Award nominations.
Producer and songwriter Jason Ingram received the most nominations with eight while Zach Williams followed with five. Kirk Franklin and Elevation Worship both received four nominations, and Kierra Sheard, Travis Greene, and Tauren Wells each received three. Additionally, Elle Limebear is recognized as a New Artist of the Year nominee, and Provident Films receives a nod for inspirational Film for “Overcomer.”

Smith, Steven Curtis Chapman, and Mac Powell and a Christian radio powerhouse double feature with Zach Williams and Big Daddy Weave.
The TobyMac Fall Drive-In Theater Tour will feature live concerts beginning September 14 in Mountain View AR bringing their live show to 17 drive-in movie theaters across OH, VA, TN, and more before concluding on October 11 in Kings Mountain, NC. The Michael W. Smith, Steven Curtis Chapman, and Mac Powell tour will begin on September 20 in Aurora, MO visiting 12 markets before concluding on October 8 in Jesup, GA. The Zach Williams and Big Daddy Weave tour will begin on September 10 in Marion, VA visiting 28 markets and concluding on October 30 in Beaufort, SC.
