With Memorial day the following format changes were made. In Nashville the Cromwell Group flipped its Gospel “102.1 The Light” W271AB /WPRT-HD2 to an Urban Oldies format “102.1 The Ville“.
In St Louis iHeartMedia changed its Christian AC station “Up! 103.7” W279AQ /KLOU-HD2 to Urban AC “Majic 103.7”
Ed Knutson has been appointed General Manager of Christian Talk Radio KKVV /Las Vegas. Ed says they will re-branding the preaching/teaching format.

TWR’s $3.8 million project to nearly quintuple the ministry’s Caribbean broadcast power that in 2013, is nearly complete. The new 450,000-watt transmitter has been ordered. So, the good news is that the powerful transmitter could be up and running by the end of 2017, beaming gospel programs to a potential audience of 100 million people across Latin America and the Caribbean.
