Please keep Hope 103.2/Sydney in your prayers. Their November Fundraising Appeal has been suspended due to the fire threat. ShareMedia Services Bill Scott told HisAir today, “We had to cancel one day of fundraising at Hope 103.2 in Sydney due to extreme wild fires. We are starting back up today with fundraising. Thank you for everyone who prayed for Sydney.”
The fires throughout Australia are some of the worst in its history.
Salem Media Group released its results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2019. For the quarter ended September 30, 2019 compared to the quarter ended September 30, 2018:
- Total revenue decreased 2.2% to $64.1 million from $65.5 million;
- Total operating expenses increased 32.7% to $78.6 million from $59.3 million;
- Net broadcast revenue decreased 2.3% to $47.7 million from $48.8 million;
- Station Operating Income (“SOI”) (1) decreased 11.0% to $10.4 million from $11.7 million;
