EMF is getting another signal in Harrisburg, PA market. “The Now Newsletter” says, “A $700,000 cash offer from Educational Media Foundation, for the Class A signal licensed to Palmyra, northeast of the Pennsylvania state capital of Harrisburg. The sale price includes the building and tower for WTPA, whose call letters and format have moved around several times in central PA. EMF already supplies K-LOVE programming to the area on its WKHW Halifax/88.5 and a translator down in Carlisle, W269AS, fed by an HD Radio signal of iHeart’s “Kiss 99.3” WHKF.
A toe-tapping, hand-clapping video of “Old Church Choir” has been shared by hundreds of thousands of people on Facebook and viewed millions of times. The video was posted by the mother of the young girl “Loren” who is highlighted in the video. In the video, Loren’s shoulder-length blond hair swings as she bobs and sways to the upbeat rhythm of the song written and made famous by PLG artist Zach Williams.
The song is the second single off of Williams’ first solo album, Chain Breaker, and just finished a 12-week run at No. 1 on Christian radio. When Loren’s video started going viral, “Old Church Choir” shot to the top of the Christian iTunes chart. Check out the Church video here.
