Industry News Bits 10-31-19

TobyMac has launched a nonprofit foundation in honor of his 21-year-old son, Truett Foster McKeehan, who passed away unexpectedly one week ago.

Funds raised by the Truett Foster Foundation will  provide college scholarships to vulnerable youth to “realize their God-given potential to change the lives of others.”

The Global Orphan Project, a Kansas City, Missouri-based nonprofit, facilitates the fund in partnership with McKeehan’s family. Individuals can make tax deductible one-time or monthly donations via truett.life.


Jennifer Wadley has exited the marketing dept at KFMK/Austin (Spirit 105.9) for a position at Dell.


Focus on the Family announces it is going on the road with artists Laura Story, Josh Wilson, Ryan Stevenson and Aaron Shust. The dates are November 11-15 in LA with Josh, Dallas with Ryan, Tampa with Aaron , Atlanta with Laura and Chicago with Josh.
