JP told HisAir today “I cherish the time I had at KSBJ. After 43 years of radio, the last 10 at KSBJ, I truly felt like I was able to make a real eternal difference in the lives of so many people through the Evening Show at KSBJ. Nothing was more special than the honor I had of leading many into a life changing relationship with Jesus. I also made lifelong relationships with my coworkers while I was there. Now, while I am unsure of what’s next, I’m trusting God and looking forward to this new season.”

Regarding his departure from KSBJ Duane Allen says, “30 years this month! I really believe it was a mutual decision for change. I’m thankful for the opportunity and trust that the ministry had in me for so long. I worked alongside a lot of great people who I will miss. My overnight listeners are the ones I will miss the most. The Lord has and will continue to direct my life.”
