WPER Encouragement Cafe

WPER/Fredericksburg and Encouragement Cafe filled Fairmount Christian Church in Mechanicsville with almost 900 women to enjoy motivational speakers, praying with one another, and worship artist, Natasha Owens. There were also 30 vendors on hand for shopping and everyone had an amazing day.
