WNWC Has a New Afternoon Host
WNWC/Madison (Life 102.5) named Mikayla Browne as host of its afternoon show. Browne comes to Madison from Shine.FM in the Chicago area where she served in a variety of areas, including on-air, creative services, and donor development.
Mikayla replaces Summer Shepherd who exited recently to join the morning show at WGTS/Wash DC.
“We are very excited Mikayla has joined our station here in Madison,” said Life 102.5 Station Manager Steve Young. “She is a great example of someone who is humble, professional and dedicated to reaching people. We are looking forward to what she will bring to our team.”
Mikayla joined Shine.FM in February 2020, her first day at WNWC was April 3rd.
Life 102.5 is a part of the Northwestern Media network of University of Northwestern – St. Paul. Northwestern Media stations broadcast on 81 outlets across 11 states.
