WBGL Welcomes Mr Peanut

Pictured below is WBGL/Champaign GM Jeff Scott from 10 years ago with lifetime listeners Tyler and his brother. Tyler is currently driving Mr. Peanut around the country and is in town to find his replacement. They drivers sign up for a year stint and his time is coming to an end. Interviews for Tyler’s replacement are being held at the University of Illinois. WBGL morning host Johnathon Eltrevoog, who is looking for a new co-host, was surprised by a visit from Mr. Peanut himself, (pictured above outside the WBGL studios.
