Vidare Creative’s annual conference “Fundraising 24” took place in Franklin, TN this week.

Vidare’s Chief Creative Officer Dave Kirby says, “This was our sixth Vidare Fundraising conference, and it still blows us away how God brings it all together. Watching incredible fundraisers learn, grow, and be inspired makes us so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of their kingdom work. Plus we ate really well!”

Vidare’s Chief Client Officer Bill Scott puts it this way, “The six annual fundraising conference with Vidare Creative was a huge success. We had people throughout the United States and Canada join us. It was so amazing to hear from the great speakers that were there talking about how to grow your cume, how to connect with your listeners more, and how to raise more money. It was an amazing two days.”

“Fundraising 24” attendees were immersed in two full days of training and inspiration that they can take back to their respective stations.

KJRN/Keene, TX (88.3 The Journey) Rich Hooper says, “Fundraising 24 was a great reminder to maintain a relational few of our donors. Several of the speakers provided helpful and applicable information that I look forward to implementing with our team. Especially how to use our digital media in maintaining the relationship with our current donors and effective ways to develop new donors.”

Convoy of Hope Senior Director of Radio Jared Mitchell, “I really enjoyed the casual and intimate environment that Fundraising 24 creates. The atmosphere welcomes extensive networking, and the quality of the content is solid. I was honored to be asked to speak and share a glimpse of what I have learned over my nearly 20 years of fundraising. I can’t wait for Fundraising 25.”

This years conference speakers included Joe Paulo, John Frost, Matt Mundt, Sterling Tarrant, Beth Bacall, Chuck Finney, Jared Mitchell, as well as the Vidare team.

Geoff Moore with Christian FM, ‘This was my first time attending Vidare’s Fundraising event and I was blown away. I loved the variety of topics and speakers. So many new ideas and takeaways that were worth the investment. It surpassed my expectations and I’m looking forward to attending the next one!”

Tony Weir The House FM Oklahoma City, “I really appreciated the focus on engaging the listener’s heart and being in a “Fundraising 365” mindset all year long.  Focusing on what we do between fundraisers helps make them even more successful.   “Sharing stories” is something everyone knows but doesn’t always know how to successfully execute. The multiple sessions that looked at all angles of the process were really helpful.”

Fundraising 24 includes 2 special nights of musical performances, with artists from Centricity Music, Fair Trade, and Provident each evening. Also, Chad from Unspoken and Helen Smallbone delivered the morning devotions each day.

Ron Harrell Harrell Media Group, “A core principle of strong fundraising is building strong relationships with the donor. Radio talent and presenters can learn from this foundational strategy to build stronger relationships with the audience through on-air content, Image writing and social media connection.”

Laura Chase, “It was SO good to spend time with you both…I’m so very grateful for the time given.  He is good!

Matt Mundt (who was one of this years speakers), “Compliments to the Vidare Creative team for once again hosting an event that gave non-profit/ministry leaders a nice mix of fundraising inspiration and tactical ideas they can apply during their next fundraiser. It is always an honor to share key digital trends and tactics with my friends in the faith-based media space. Digital is constantly changing, so it’s never hard to come up with new and relevant presentation topics.”

Keith Maddox WYGS Columbus, IN, “Vidare Creative did an awesome job with Fundraising 24. It never disappoints! And I should know, I’ve been to every one of them. They cover all aspects of fundraising from on-air drives, to mid-level and major donor programs, how fundraising is year round not just during drives, how to center your fundraising around great stories, and how all aspects of the donor experience matters so your whole staff are fundraisers. Not only is the content great but the artists, food, and networking make it a must-attend conference if you’re in Christian media.”

Chief Business Officer for Vidare Paul Goldsmith, “Fundraising is hard. Doing hard things is a little bit easier when you do them together. Whether it was their first time or their sixth, we deeply appreciate everyone who joined us at Fundraising 24. These Christian radio leaders are not just facing challenges—they’re transforming them into opportunities for growth and impact.”
