TJ Holland Joins Goodratings

8-31-16hollandGoodratings Strategic Services has expanded its family with the addition of  TJ Holland.  A 30-year veteran of almost every major programming format, Holland brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion to the growing Goodratings organization.

In his role as Consultant, TJ will wear many hats with the Goodratings team.  He brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of programming, staff coaching, team building and ratings analysis, and will quickly put it to work for Goodratings’ growing client base. He will serve both as an adviser, full-service consultant, and – when needed – a short-term programming director.

“We are so excited to add T.J.’s passion, brainpower and enthusiasm to the Goodratings team,” said John Frost, one of the founders of Goodratings. “T.J. is one of the sharpest minds in our industry and will bring a whole new suite of services to our clients.”

“I have known TJ for more than 25 years and have seen him spin most everything he touches into radio gold.  He is an expert programmer, a skilled researcher and a great leader,” said Goodratings co-founder Alan Mason.  “And over this time I’ve come to see the human side of him, the way he mentors people, encourages team members to grow and personally involves himself in their success.  Our team and our clients will gain huge benefit from the addition of TJ Holland.”

Holland began his career at a small rock station in Lansing, Michigan after his graduation from the Harvard of Ingham County, Michigan State University.  In Christian radio he is best known for his time at WCVO/Columbus (104-9 the River).

“In many ways, this move to Goodratings feels like the most natural next step in my career,” Holland said.  “Alan and John have been sitting next to me, both literally and figuratively, for more than two decades helping me build teams, drive change and, most importantly, deliver great ratings.  I could not be happier to join their team.”
