WCIE/Tampa (The JOY FM) afternoon personality Jayar Reeves is in Dominican Republic serving for the 3rd time with LoveServes International. Jayar says the very first person he ran in to on the trip was former Boston Red Sox great David Ortiz “Big Popi.” His hometown is Haina in the Dominican.
