Christian persecution
Jesus said, "If any of you wants to be my follower, you must give up your own way, take up your cross, and follow me" (Matthew 16:24). There has always been a price to follow Christ, and for many it has been the ultimate price.
The Voice of the Martyrs, producer of the weekly VOM Radio podcast and broadcast, now brings you a daily devotional podcast with inspiring testimonies of courage, commitment, confession and compassion—a price demanded; a price paid.
This new daily devotional podcast from The Voice of the Martyrs will bring you, every day, a new account of men and women totally sold out for Christ.
In an age of extremes, you can find faith, strength, encouragement and hope through the stories of fellow believers from all over the world, from centuries past right up to the present day. These men and women, both young and old, went to the outer limits of human devotion.
Each story is true.
Each story is unforgettable.
Each story is extreme.
Each story could change your life.
Take the extreme challenge and subscribe now to the Extreme Devotion Podcast.
VOM Radio is a weekly podcast and radio broadcast focusing exclusively on the testimonies of our persecuted family and on building fellowship between the Body of Christ in free nations and His Body in hostile areas and restricted nations. VOM Radio is the only program of its kind.
Each week, host Todd Nettleton shares testimonies from brothers and sisters willing to suffer persecution rather than deny their faith in Christ.
If you’re new to VOM Radio, you may want to start out listening to our conversations with Sister Amber, arrested in Tibet; Gracia Burnham, missionary kidnapped in the Philippines; Gary Witherall, whose wife was martyred in Lebanon, or Nik Ripken, author of "The Insanity of God."
Launched in 2014, VOM Radio now airs on more than 1,100 stations across the United States, in addition to worldwide digital distribution online and on every major podcast distribution channel. In 2016, VOM Radio was honored as “Radio Program of the Year” by the National Religious Broadcasters.
