Below, you’ll find everything you need to know before joining us in Texas, from logistics such as transportation and accommodations to insider tips on maximizing your time and connections. This guide is your key to unlocking the full potential of NRB 2025 and ensuring a seamless experience.
Where is NRB 2025? 📍
NRB 2025 will take place February 24–27 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center (1501 Gaylord Trail, Grapevine, Texas 76051). Gaylord Opryland is located just outside of Dallas, only 10 minutes from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).
Is a Full registration required to attend NRB 2025? 🎟️
No! We offer three general registration tiers and invite you to select a registration that aligns with your goals for attending NRB Convention.
While a Full registration offers you access to Forums, Plenary Sessions, Workshops, and Talks, you can also register for an Expo Only pass, or you can purchase a Single Day pass admission, which allows you all access for that day.
For NRB Exhibitors: The complimentary booth staff registrations you received with the purchase of your booth is a full registration. You can attend all Forums, Plenary Sessions, Workshops, and Talks with your registration.

Is the hotel fully booked? 🏨
While the room block for NRB 2025 at the Gaylord Texan has reached capacity, there are many other hotels in the area that still have rooms available.
Is there onsite parking? 🚙
The Gaylord Texan offers both self-parking and valet parking options. Overnight guests with self-parked cars will have a discounted parking rate of $20.00 applied to their room charges.
If you are driving to the venue daily, please stop by the NRB Registration Desk located on Level 1 across from the Longhorn Exhibit Hall to pick up a voucher that will apply a $5.00 discount when you exit the lot. The non-discounted rate is $25.00.
Valet parking is available only at the main hotel entry point near the front desk. The cost is $45. Guests with a handicapped placard or license plate may use valet parking for the self-parking price.
What payment methods are accepted at the Gaylord Texan? 💵
Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center is a cashless property accepting only credit card and mobile payments, including front desk, food and beverage locations, retail, special events, parking, etc. Guests can convert their cash into $20–500 gift cards at Cash-To-Card kiosks located near the bell stand and across from the Old Hickory Restaurant.
How should I coordinate my schedule at the NRB Convention? 🗓️
To get the most out of your Convention experience and to connect with attendees, please log into the My Show Planner. By signing into your My Show Planner account, you’ll be able to browse the list of attendees who are using the Planner, mark your favorite sessions and exhibitors, engage in exhibitor chats, create a personalized convention schedule, and sync your convention schedule with your personal or work calendar.
To sign in, you’ll need the email address associated with your convention registration. Your Contact ID number can be found on your registration confirmation. In addition, you should have received an email with My Show Planner instructions and an email with the Convention App instructions which included this information.
Once you have activated My Show Planner, you will be able to access it on your desktop and within the app.
Where can I download the app? 📱
Search “NRB 2025 Convention” in mobile app stores to download the NRB 2025 Convention app.
While you have the option to skip the My Show Planner sign-in process, we recommend all users sign in to My Show Planner to utilize valuable features that will enhance your NRB 2025 experience.
Important: Your login credentials were emailed to you. The subject line of the email includes “My Show Planner.” Once activated, you can access it both on your desktop and through the app. These credentials were ALSO emailed to you in the email blast introducing the convention app.
Are captioning and translations available for sessions? 📢
Captioning and translations will be provided by Aberdeen Broadcast Services. QR codes will be available at each session, allowing attendees to access real-time captioning and translations directly on their mobile devices. Simply scan the code, select your preferred language, and follow along with live subtitles or audio dubs. For those who want to listen to real-time voice translations, bringing headphones is encouraged.
Additionally, representatives from Aberdeen will be stationed at the entrance of each event. These experts can add requested languages at a moment’s notice, so attendees are encouraged to speak with them to ensure their specific needs are met.
Where can I arrange onsite dining for my group or grab a quick bite to eat? 🍽️
Reservations
The Old Hickory Steakhouse and Zeppole are the only Gaylord Texan restaurants accepting dinner reservations during NRB 2025. There will be other groups at the hotel at the same time as the NRB convention, so don’t delay in making your dining reservations. Please note: The Gaylord Texan does not accept cash.

Walk-Up Dining
In hotel restaurants other than Old Hickory and Zeppole, guests will be seated on a walk-up basis only.

Fresh Brew
To avoid long lines and get the best deal, check out Fresh Brew, an express food and beverage outlet located in the Longhorn Exhibit Hall. This is a convenient place to get coffee, refreshments, and lunch each day on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. You must have an NRB badge to enter the exhibit hall.
Where can I create content for my program at NRB Convention? 🎙️
Whether you are a radio, television, podcast, or digital content creator, we have semi-private spaces available at a modest rental fee where you can conduct interviews and produce content for your programs or platforms during NRB 2025.
The Content Production Space will be available during the following days and times:
- Monday, February 24, 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, February 25, 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, February 26, 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Thursday, February 27, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

What happens at the NRB Exhibit Hall? 💼
The NRB Exhibit Hall is a one-stop shop for media and ministry solutions. Explore 58,000 sq. ft. of exhibit space with 270+ vendors presenting products and services tailored to the needs of Christian media professionals.

Inside the expo, the NRB 2025 Workshops stage will offer convention-goers opportunities to sharpen their skills by attending industry-specific, topical panels for TV and film, radio, digital media, and more!

The Exhibit Hall will be open on Tuesday, February 25 and Wednesday, February 26 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Thursday, February 27 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Where can I watch live broadcasts this year? 🎥
Live broadcasts and programming tapings from outlets, networks, stations, and ministries will be taking place both in the exhibit hall and all through the hotel.

What is the attire? 👔
All NRB 2025 events are business casual, except Membership and Board meetings, the Media Leadership Dinner, and the Closing Gala. The dress for these events is business professional.
In Case of Emergency 🚨
For emergencies inside the hotel, please call the security dispatch at 817-778-2480.
From your room phone or any hotel line, you can simply dial 82480 for non-emergency or 333 for an emergency. Although you can certainly dial 911, calling the hotel dispatch will increase the speed of getting an ambulance. The hotel will call 911 on your behalf, meet them in the drive, and escort them to the location.
Caution: Beware of Scammers ⚠️
Be aware that an unauthorized outside agency has attempted to contact our attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors to facilitate hotel room reservations and the sale of attendee lists.
For trusted hotel reservations, please book your rooms directly with the property and do not make your hotel reservation through any outside organization or service. NRBConvention.org is the sole authorized vendor for NRB Convention registration and hotel room blocks.
NRB does not sell lists of Convention attendees or NRB members. Any offer you may receive for such contact lists is not legitimate.
