New St Louis Worship Station Announced

Gateway Creative Broadcasting announced plans today to  launch its new station KLJT/St Louis (Worship One) (88.1) in early January 2026.

It’s first hire for Worship One is WNFR/Sanduskey, MI (Hope FM) program director Brett Hager. Brett will serve as APD/morning host and will begin his new role on 12/1.

“Brett’s heart for reaching and encouraging the next generation for Christ, and serving this community, will be a great addition to the team!” said Jeremy Louis, PD of KLJY (JOY FM) and Worship One.

“To be invited into what God is already doing through this team and in this city is incredibly exciting for me! I cannot wait to see how God uses this station to give the community the words and melodies to worship One,” said Hager.

Brett started working with Hope FM while he was in high school and found not only a job he enjoyed but a career that also fulfills his passion for Christ and ministry.  Hager had been serving as WNFR Assistant PD since June 2022 and was promoted to PD in Jan 2024. 

Gateway Creative Broadcasting acquired KLJT after submitting the winning bid of $8.75 million for the station, narrowly outbidding K-LOVE, which offered $8.5 million in March this year. 

Gateway also operates KLJY/St Louis (JOY 99.1) and KXBS/ST Louis (BOOST Radio).
