Lambert To Exit Moody Radio
It was announced today Moody Radio Vice President Colin Lambert will be exiting the ministry. Lambert has served in several capacities in his 15 years at Moody.
Beginning with the Promotions department and eventually being named vice president in the fall of 2010. In an announcement to the Moody staff interim president/senior vice president of Media, Greg Thornton said, “Under his leadership, the dedicated and talented staff of Moody Radio have helped us reach more listeners than ever before in our more than 90-year history. We are an industry leader and a trusted voice for more than a million listeners each week, and have grown to include more than 70 full power stations and translators, six Internet stations and more than 1,600 outlets that carry our programming. Please join me in thanking Collin for his godly leadership and daily dedication to seeing Moody Radio used mightily in the advancement of the gospel around the globe.
Lambert and his family will be moving back home to Austin to join with long-time friends in growing a restaurant business together. This is something they have thought and prayed about for a number of years, and the Lord recently presented them with an opportunity to get involved.
Collin will continue to serve in his role for the next few weeks, and our search for Moody Radio’s new vice president is underway.
