KFNW Names New Morning Host

KFNW Fargo (Life 97.9) has hired ALLEN JONES as the new “Uplifting Morning Show” Host and Creative Services Director. Allen is a native of South Dakota, and has been in radio for seven years, one year in Sioux Falls at KELO AM AND KELO FM (Midwest Communications), and the past six years as an on-air host in Blue Earth, Minnesota, at KJLY (Kinship Christian Radio).

Regarding joining the Northwestern Media station Life 97.9, Allen says, “I’m so excited to be a part of the Life 97.9 team! The collaborative spirit, forward thinking mindset, and the kind and generous people that make up the staff has me giddy with anticipation every day I come to the studio. The station shines such an incredible and encouraging light in the Red River Valley, and it is such an honor to have a chance to joyfully wake up Fargo-Moorhead every weekday morning!”
