UCB Radio Canada Is Growing — Eastern Canada Promotions Lead

UCB Radio Canada is hiring an Eastern Canada Promotions Lead to help strengthen our ministry presence across Ontario and Eastern Canada.

This is a full-time, relationship-driven leadership role for someone who loves people, ministry, concerts, artist partnerships, community engagement, and helping communicate hope through Christian media.

As one of UCB’s public-facing representatives, the Eastern Canada Promotions Lead will help build and steward relationships with churches, ministry leaders, artists, promotional partners, and communities while supporting strategic campaigns, events, concerts, and outreach initiatives.

Key areas of focus include:

• Church & ministry partnerships
• Community engagement
• Concerts & live events
• Artist relationships
• Promotional campaigns
• Better Together initiatives
• Community Connections development
• Public representation of UCB Radio in assigned markets

The ideal candidate will be highly relational, organized, self-motivated, ministry-minded, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.

This is a full-time remote position based in Canada, with regular travel throughout Ontario and Eastern Canada, including some evenings and weekends.

This opportunity may be especially interesting for those already serving in Christian radio, music, ministry, promotions, or events—including Canadians currently working elsewhere in the industry who may feel called home.
