EMF is reportedly purchasing WZQY/Glade Spring, VA (110.5) from Ladybug Radio for $100K. WZQY is a Class A FM.
TWR is bringing a message of hope and healing to thousands who have lost loved ones and have been left hopeless by the earthquake that struck Morocco last week.
“There are earthquakes, but with that goes spiritual earthquakes,” said the Mideast-based director of Arabic Ministries* for TWR (also known as Trans World Radio). “People’s beliefs, people’s faith have been shaken. And that’s an earthquake in itself. So I feel as Trans World Radio our role is to work in that area.”
To address the spiritual need, TWR will broadcast the trauma-healing series When Your Whole World Changes in Arabic. The program is an audio version of printed material developed by Biblica (formerly the International Bible Society). Programs are scheduled to air on weekdays beginning Sept. 19 and continuing for 12 weeks

Chris has dedicated his life to Christian media and Christian radio. He climbed the media ladder for 36 years, from on-air host to general manager and finally executive director, at WSCG/Grand Rapids. He’s also served as a board member for Christian Music Broadcasters for the last 14 years.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has scheduled a filing window on licensing low-power FM radio stations. This upcoming LPFM filing window, which is set to run from November 1st to November 8th represents the first chance to obtain an LPFM license since 2013.
HisAir FLASHBACK – SEP 13, 2019 –Your Network of Praise (YNOP) adds a new station to their group. KNIT/Salt Lake City (AM 1320) is the new station and will air the YNOP programming originating in Montana. Plans are to add an FM translator in the future. With the addition that puts the YNOP total at 27 stations and 30 translators.
