WPOS/Holland, OH (Proclaim FM) adds April O’Brien to their airstaff. She’ll pick up the weekend shifts previously handled by Dawn Miller who remains with WPOS and will take on some new station responsibilities.
Previously O’Brien was with WYSZ/Toledo (Yes FM) from 2000 to March 2020 and was promoted program director in 2014.
Radio Training Network is expanding with the $2.05 million acquisition of two FMs from Cumulus Media: KKEG/Bentonville, AR (98.3) and WIXV/Savannah (95.5).
The deal marks RTN’s entry into Arkansas and gives the ministry a larger signal in Savannah, where it already operates Christian AC WLFS (91.9). The transaction is RTN’s second recent deal with Cumulus, following a $2.45 million agreement in May for three additional signals in Alabama, South Carolina, and Georgia.
Radio Training Network operates Florida based “The JOY FM” network with stations in Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee, and two Springfield, MO stations, and , market HIS Radio based in Greenville.

For the second year in a row KSBJ/Houston PD Randy Fox has been recognized as one of the top programmers by Radio Ink. Randy joined KSBJ in April 2022. Prior to KSBJ Randy served as PD at KISS 97.3 & Mix 105.1 in Albuquerque
Fox 20+ years of industry experience included companies like CBS Radio, iHeart Media and American General Media.
In Nov 2021 Fox succeeded K-LOVE PD Troy West, who was also named by Radio Ink.

ormer Salem Radio hosts Kevin (Avery) & Taylor (Scott) have exited WSTR/Atlanta (Star 94.1) where they hosted mornings since Sep 2025. The K&T duo was based at Salem’s WFSH/Atlanta (The Fish) where they anchored mornings for 24 years until Salem sold the remainder of music stations to EMF in Feb 2025 and Today’s Christian Music to Christian FM.

Today CCMG artist TobyMac releases his first first full-length project “Life After Death” since losing his son in 2018. Toby says the new album offers songs offering wisdom and hope for those going through similar struggles.
Toby has been busy visiting radio promoting “Life After Death” with interviews. Among those are with KeepTheFaith host Keith Stevens, who gets real with Toby, dissecting the songs that helped him grieve the loss of his oldest son.
