KSOS/Las Vegas (SOS Radio) music director/on air talent Tim Cardascia has exited the station. Tim joins Growing Minds Preschool and Academy in Las Vegas as their new Admissions and Enrollment Coordinator. He has been with SOS Radio since Sep 2023.
Prior to the move to Las Vegas Tim was with Radio By Grace/Amarillo where he served in the role of Marketing and Programming Director since September 2020. Tim’s previous Christian Radio experience includes Director of Development at KAMB/Merced, CA (Celebration Radio) and WBYN/Reading, PA (107.5 Alive). Tim may be best known for his time at WJTL/Lancaster, PA , and the many years he spent working backstage and radio for Creation Fest in Mt. Union, PA. He’s worked at WAY-FM and Forefront Communications (Records) in Nashville, and served as National Promotions Manager for Rebecca St. James.
WGCA/Quincy (The Mix) has named Broc Hampsmire as the new executive director of the radio station. Hampsmire has been with WGCA since 2022 serving in the Underwriting department, and also as an air talent the last 8 years.
“I’m blessed and honored to be the executive director of this radio station and ministry that has meant so much to so many people in the tri-states and to me personally,” Hampsmire said. “We’re blessed to have a great staff and on-air personalities who are all local and invested. My goal each day moving forward is to work with them to continue WGCA’s long-standing mission of communicating the gospel of Jesus Christ and to uplift and encourage our listeners with positive hits.”
WGCA’s former Executive Director Bob Daly will continue to work at WGCA part-time as the underwriting director.
“WGCA has been providing encouragement and positive hits to the tri-states for 37 years,” Daly said. “I have enjoyed my time as WGCA’s executive director. With his years of radio experience and heart for the Lord, this ministry is in great hands with Broc, and I’m excited to see what he’s going to do in the coming years.”

Dayton-based online station Faith and Friends Radio will celebrate its 14 year year anniversary with the upcoming Phillips, Craig & Dean concert. The concert will be May 16 is 14 years to the day Faith and Friends Radio launched in 2011.
Salem Media Regional VP/GM for Los Angeles Terry Fahy announces he is retiring after 43 years.
Terry began his career with Salem in 1982 as General Manager of KDAR/Oxnard, CA. His roles have included General Sales Manager at KKLA/Los Angeles, Market Manager for Los Angeles, and Regional Vice President overseeing major markets such as Seattle, Sacramento, San Francisco, Oxnard, San Diego, and most recently, Honolulu. Since 2024, he has also served as Regional General Manager for Honolulu and Oxnard.
“Terry’s vision, integrity, and deep commitment to Salem’s mission have left a lasting mark on everyone who has had the privilege to work with him,” said David Santrella, CEO of Salem Media Group. “His contributions extend beyond radio programming into building meaningful community experiences and nurturing strong leadership in our teams.”

KTIS/Minneapolis drops almost 2 points (10.6 – 8.7) but still holds the #1 spot AQH Share for Persons 6+, Mon-Sun 6AM-Mid. It’s the 4th #1 PPM in a row for KTIS. The station enjoyed a string of #1’s that ended in the Holiday 2023 PPM, Currently KTIS is trending 10.5-10.6-8.7 to maintain #1 overall in market #15.
