KCMS/Seattle (Spirit 105.3) Midday host and music director Sarah Taylor is celebrating her 20th anniversary with the station today.

Sarah told HisAir, “I remember the day I drove toward the KCMS studios with my resume in hand. I was a senior in college, getting a general studies major, because I didn’t know yet what I was going to do with my life. “Jesus,” I prayed. “I know YOU know better than I do what I should do for a career. So… if you could please let me know? I had SPIRIT 1053 on the radio as I drove in, and the songs helped shape prayers for my heart. When I arrived on campus, I felt a sense of “this is where I belong.” I’m humbled and honored to have hit the 20-year-mark -and still the same passion for this music as the day I walked through the door.”
