The Family Research Council (FRC) and the Cultural Research Center at Arizona Christian University (CRC) released a July 2025 national survey of 1,003 regular churchgoing adults, updating a 2023 study. Amid reports of rising church attendance, the survey highlights the beliefs held by congregants on various significant topics. It emphasizes the need for churches and pastors to address these beliefs with intentional, biblically clear guidance from the pulpit.

Taylor Mills did her first afternoon show on CRISTA Media station KCMS/Seattle (Spirit 105.3) today. Taylor, who spent the last 4 years at KSBJ/Houston, will host a live afternoon show on KCMS from 2-6pm. In addition she will be helping to create and customize a new morning show for sister station KWPZ that serves listeners both in northwest Washington and lower mainland British Columbia.

Taylor Mills says, “I’m so thankful for this opportunity to serve in a Christ-centered environment where the mission is bigger than ourselves. I cannot wait to see what God has in store as I begin this new chapter at CRISTA Media!”

Taylor replaced Samantha Kelly who’s now full-time at Family Life Radio/Tucson.

At WTGN/Lima, Ohio Ben Budde, co -host of the morning show “Rise and Shine with Ben and Linda”, sings “Amazing Grace” following the Unshackled live radio drama recording of his personal journey to Jesus. The live recording was held in Lima, Ohio September 27th, on the 59yh anniversary of WTGN radio.

WTGN PD Linda Yeager says, “WIGN is grateful and giving God all the glory for the packed house at the event, and the stories of those who accepted Christ in their hearts that night. Ben celebrates 2 years as morning show co-host this month. Congratulations to Ben!”

The Christian Radio & Records Industry is mourning the loss of Jay Swartzendruber who passed suddenly yesterday. Jay had a long history in the Christin Record industry including former editor at CCM Magazine and most recently copywriter at Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.

Promoter Chris Hauser –  “Jay was a tireless believer in the best that Christian music could be. A champion for great art in our industry. Nashville is reeling and grieving at his untimely passing.”
