American Christian Radio has submitted a purchase agreement of one dollar to acquire KYAS, a construction permit located in Artesia, NM (88.7), from New Hope Baptist Church. Additionally, American Christian Radio has filed a separate agreement to acquire the construction permit of KFCA-FM (88.1) in Aberdeen, SD from Northern Plains Baptist Church, also for one dollar
The South Central Oklahoma Christian Broadcasting has submitted a request to give away KOKN, located in Oketo, KS (88.7), and KNEF, located in Franklin, NE (90.1), to CSN International. Both stations are currently not operating.
Rocking M Media has finalized the sale of CHR station KZUH, also known as “92.7 The New Zoo”, to Great Plains Christian Radio for $280,000, as part of Rocking M’s bankruptcy reorganization. Great Plains Christian Radio already possesses contemporary Christian stations KJIH (89.9) and KJRL (105.7) in the same market. The transaction was facilitated by broker Greg Guy of Patrick Communications.
Salem Media Group, Inc. announced today that it plans to report its first quarter 2023 financial results after the market closes on May 9, 2023. The company also plans to host a teleconference to discuss its results on May 9, 2023, at 4:00 PM Central Time.
