While this announcement introduces a new team member, it also reflects something larger: UCB’s intentional investment in regional ministry. Over the past two years, we’ve seen tremendous opportunities to deepen our relationships with local churches, artists, ministries, schools, businesses, and community organizations. As our ministry continues to expand—including the successful launch of UCB Saskatoon and our preparations for bringing UCB Radio to Kelowna—we recognized the need to strengthen our regional presence across the country.

Rather than viewing promotions primarily as marketing or event coordination, we’ve intentionally shaped these regional roles around relationship development. Our Promotions Leads exist to build trusted partnerships within the communities they serve—creating opportunities for ministry, listener engagement, concerts, outreach initiatives, and collaboration that strengthen the Church and point people toward the hope of Jesus.

Shane brings a unique blend of ministry leadership, operations, and community engagement, most recently serving as Director of Operations & Administration at LSA Church in Windsor, Ontario. Throughout our search, it became clear that he has a genuine passion for serving people, connecting ministries, and helping organizations work together toward a common Kingdom purpose.

The Hibbard Group announce a new ministry partnership with AnGeL Ministries, founded and led by renowned Bible teacher, author, and evangelist Anne Graham Lotz.  The Hibbard Group will represent Anne’s two radio programs currently broadcast on nearly 700 outlets:

Daily Light for Daily Living is a one-minute weekday feature in which Anne shares a verse of Scripture and offers practical insight into how God’s Word applies to everyday life. Each brief message encourages listeners to discover for themselves that God’s Word truly works.

After 20 years with Provident Entertainment President Terry Hemmings announced today he will exit at the end of August. 14 year Provident veteran Holly Zabka (at left) will succeed Hemmings as President, reporting directly to Randy Goodman, Chairman and CEO, Sony Music Nashville. 

“Over the last two decades, Terry has played an important part in shaping Provident and we are grateful to him for his commitment to leading the business and supporting our artists, songwriters and creators for so long” shares Goodman. “As Sony Music Nashville continues to work even more closely with Provident, we are committed to strengthening that connection under the leadership of Holly as she further elevates Provident, our artists and our songwriters.”
