KTIS/Minneapolis APD Tony Mansmith has exited the station. Tony joined the station in November 2019.

Tony has worked for iHeart Media – Minneapolis over the past several years, serving in various roles, including nights on KTCZ/Minneapolis (Cities 97) and on air at ALT 93.3.

Suzanne Boase Honeycutt has resigned her position as Director public & media relations at God’s Pit Crew. A replacement for Suzanne is being sought.

WDBX/Chattanooga (J103) Jfest is taking place this weekend. Thousands are expected to attend to worship with 2023’s headliner, Crowder. Jfest also features CAIN, Mac Powell, Jason Crabb, and more. Along with the music, families can enjoy inflatables for the kids and festival food from over 20 food vendors. Jfest will finish the night with Chattanooga’s first summer firework display.

WJQK/Grand Rapids (JOY99) is celebrating impact with India Partners “Days Of Safety” Campaign. West Michigan generously gave close to $50,000 to rescue at least 15 women out of the Red Light district of Mumbai, India.

The National Religious Broadcasters (NRB) announces that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis will address the 2023 NRB International Christian Media Convention in Orlando, Florida, on Monday, May 22, at 6:30 p.m.

“As NRB Convention returns to the state of Florida, we are pleased to have Governor DeSantis welcome the community of Christian broadcasters, continuing our tradition of inviting the governors of our host states to address NRB,” said Troy A. Miller, President & CEO of NRB. “NRB Convention is where Christian media and broadcasting come to life, and we welcome national and international newsmakers at every level.”

DeSantis will deliver a welcome address during the Opening Session of NRB 2023. Worldwide evangelist Franklin Graham, president of Samaritan’s Purse and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA), will deliver the keynote address. Lawyer and national radio and television host Abraham Hamilton III and Israel Minister of Tourism Haim Katz will also deliver remarks.
