KTLF/Colorado Springs (The KTLF Radio Network) is back on the air after a fire at their studios took the station down. Programming for now is “music only” with no announcers.
KTLF GM Josh Hopkins says fire investigators believe it was an electrical fire in the sub-ceiling between the first and second floors.
Radio Business: Augusta Radio Fellowship Institute is purchasing WRLD Valley AL/Columbus GA for $1.3 million. The station will be part of the “Good News Network.“ The seller PMB Broadcasting still owns four FMs and nine translators in the Columbus market that were not included in the deal.
Curb Word artists For KING & COUNTRY visited the Bobby Bones Show in Nashville. Luke and Joel were there to talk about how they chose their band name, their musical journey and more.
Eddie (one of the hosts) had tickets to the Christmas event then he double booked himself and couldn’t go so, the guys decided to go in and give him a taste of the show.

Positive Alternative Radio President Edward Baker has lost his wife, Judi, following a long battle with cancer. Services for her are planned for 2 p.m. on Friday, December 16th, at McCoy Funeral Home in Blacksburg, Virginia.
“Judi was a gracious, kind woman who loved Jesus and the mission of PAR,” said Brian Sanders, Executive Vice President. “Our President has lost his lifelong companion and we have lost part of our family. We ask for everyone’s prayers for Eddie and his family during this difficult time.”
Judi was known as an accomplished writer, master gardener, creative quilter/seamstress, and equine (dressage) enthusiast. Her reserved manner was often offset by an entertaining, wry sense of humor to those who knew her. She was a loving mom and adoring, supportive partner to Eddie. She was most recently living her dream of building her horse boarding business on the family farm in Riner, Virginia.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial donations to the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance at https://www.ocrahope.org
