WIHS/Middletown, CT GM Steve Tuzeneu has accepted a new position as chief engineer for Lakeland, FL stations WPCV, WLKF, WWRZ, and WONN. He’ll start the new job January 2, 2024. Tuzeneu joined WIHS in June 2020 after 5 years as engineer at Bible Broadcasting Network.
Snake River, LLC has surrendered the license for cancellation of KPCQ/Chubbuck, ID (1490).
VCY America’s new station WVSB/South Bend, IN (106.3) went on the air today broadcasting 24/7 Christian Information Radio featuring solid Biblical preaching, informative news from a Christian perspective, sacred music and radio drama. VCY America purchased the station from Partnership Radio in July this year for $420,000.
WSMP-LPFM/Magee, MS (Renew 96.9) welcomes Kaylee Luckey to the air staff starting in December. She’ll host Saturday afternoons from 12-6pm.

HisAir FLASHBACK – Nov 19, 2021 – EMF is purchasing WNPQ/Canton (The Light 95.9) from Tuscarawas Broadcasting Co. for 850k. WNPQ is a Class A 4100 kw and will be EMF’s 20th station in Ohio.
