On Monday, September 11, WBGL/Champaign will host YES DAY, a day of on-air programming devoted to helping answer questions about faith and salvation. Individuals can call in and ask questions about sin, God’s love, the Gospel, making a commitment to Jesus, and more during YES DAY.
“We’ve dreamt about doing an event like this for many years,” said WBGL Station Manager Jeff Scott. “We are thrilled that it’s happening! We prayed, and we feel that we invited the right people to communicate Jesus’ love with our listeners and to give people the confidence in knowing their salvation in Christ.”
Individuals can call in during YES DAY and speak with a pastor or on-air staff, or they can also share questions or thoughts anonymously at WBGL.org. This is the first event of its kind in WBGL’s 40 years as a radio station.
