Lucy says, “One of the best and most emotional mornings of my LIFE. The deepest of thanks for everyone who turned up and cheered like crazy for four hours! And I have a boot full of the most lovely gifts, I am overwhelmed.”
Lucy & Kel have on the air together over 12 years. 89.9TheLight invited listeners to join the 3000th celebration at a special live broadcast event, that took place this morning (10/24) 6am to 10am at Mitcham Social.

The 2025 NAB Show New York concluded on Oct. 23 with 11,500 registered attendees from 95 countries, solidifying its position as the East Coast’s premier media, entertainment, and technology event.

Next years dates for NAB Show New York are Oct. 20–22, 2026 (Exhibits Oct. 21–22), at the Javits Center. The 2026 NAB Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center is scheduled for April 18–22, 2026.

KLJY/St Louis (99.1 JOY FM) welcomes Justin Paul to the team. KLJY Program Director Mike Couchman says “Justin has a one of a kind way to approaching content. He’s forward thinking, and creative.”
Paul will become part of the JOY-FM afternoon show team, and he’ll help create video content for JOY-FM. Justin says “JOY FM is a leader in this format. Cohost Kim Underwood is a superstar and I can’t wait to join her on the mic.”
