Today was Rebecca Carrell’s last day at KCBI/Dallas. Rebecca will pursue her PHD. She joined KCBI in 2013 and has co-hosted the morning show with Jeff Taylor, Don Burns, and most recently Doug Hannah.
Rebecca tells HisAir, “I have taken a position at Dallas Seminary in their Media Arts and Worship Department where I will be podcasting, mentoring students in all things digital media, and executing/producing their Arts Week Conference every year. I will stay on with KCBI for the HeartStrong Faith Women’s Bible Conference and continue podcasting with Liz Rodriguez. Our rebranded podcast is called “Honestly, though: Real talk. Real life. Real faith.” I’m also hoping to pick up a voice track shift somewhere so I can keep a foot in the door in the industry that I’ll be teaching in.”
