WAWZ/New York (Star 99.1) Creative Services director Robin Tefft will exit the station this Friday after 13 years service.


Pastor Josh Plaisance will be vacating the midday slot at WPOS/Holland, OH (Proclaim FM). He is a pastor and has a pastoral opportunity a few hours away in Dayton. His family will have to relocate to Dayton, so the station needs a replacement ASAP. If interested check the listing in JOBS.


KPIH/Payson, AZ (98.9 FM) has officially opened its new studios on Beeline Highway with a grand opening on May 27.

The station moved from it had operated since first going on the air in November 2015.


The Salvation Poem Foundation (Prayz Network) is purchasing WLXR/Lacrosse, WI (104.9) from Mississippi Valley Broadcasters. 

Additionally Educational Media Foundation (EMF)  is buying another Mississippi Valley Broadcasters station WKBH/West Salem, WI (100.1).


HisAir is saddened to report Clair D. Miller has passed away. He was founder and Vice President of Strong Tower Christian Media and ministered in radio for 50 years with Dayton stations WHIO FM, WEEC 100.7 FM, and WFCJ 93.7.


Sir Anthony Bryan, publisher of the Barbados Advocate and owner of Barbados Broadcasting Service (BBS) Ltd, passed away last week.

In 1982, Bryan founded BBS (90.7 FM) and nine years later, he started Barbados’ first privately owned FM stereo radio station and Faith FM 102,
