Brian Crowe (at left) is leaving his Network Director/morning host position at Southern Gospel The LifeFM Network based in South Carolina. Brian will be serving as Regional Director for The LifeFM’s radio stations located in Tennessee. He will also continue as host of the syndicated Gospel Radio Favorites program heard every Monday and Saturday evening on The LifeFM. Effective Monday June 29th, Rodney Baucom will be the host of the morning-show and Dennis Smith will also be a part of the daily programming.

Brian told HisAir, “Accepting the Regional Director position for The LifeFM will allow me to move closer to my family and open up additional opportunities to promote Christian Music.I am very excited for this new opportunity!”

Don Burns exits the afternoon show at WONU/Chicago (Shine.FM). He’ll focus totally on his morning show at KCBI/Dallas.

WSHV/South Hill, VA (96.7 Shine FM) is leaving the CCM format this week. Management says “Due to increased competition from local listener-supported stations, WSHV is no longer able to generate enough advertising revenue to continue broadcasting the Family-Friendly Positive Hits format.” Starting this Friday 7/3 WSHV will flip to “Classic R&B from the 80s, 90s and More.”
