The Kings College announces it has set up a scholarship in honor of Jeff Taylor, who passed away Nov 7th. The Jeff Sandnes Memorial Scholarship will be given to a student studying Media at the The King’s College, Jeff’s alma mater. The school is hoping to raise $10,000 by the end of year. Jeff was morning host at KCBI/Dallas until 2019. He was also with WSOR/Ft. Myers, Power 92/Fargo and the WAY-FM Network.


Provident Entertainment artists, labels, songwriters, and publishers received 16 GRAMMY Award nominations for the 63rd GRAMMY Awards®. All nominees were announced by the Recording Academy® via Grammy.com.

Tauren Wells leads the pack with three nominations, with Travis Greene and Zach Williams each receiving two nominations for both artist performance and songwriter. Kirk Franklin, Kierra Sheard, Rodney Jerkins,  Melvin Crispell III, Mali Music, and Essential Publishing writers Jonathan Smith, Chuck Butler, Chris Brown, and Steven Furtick each received one nomination


BMI (Broadcast Music, Inc.) announced that Gospel music luminary and longtime BMI-affiliated songwriter BeBe Winans has agreed to serve as a consultant and personal advisor to BMI President and CEO Mike O’Neill. Winans will lend his guidance and perspective to help the Company navigate these changing times and continue BMI’s efforts to be a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
