Bott Radio Network celebrates 55 years of service this month as a Bible teaching, Christian news and information network. BRN started with one radio station in Kansas City in 1962, KCCV, Kansas City’s Christian Voice. Today BRN includes 120 radio stations nationwide.
Salem Radio Network host host Hugh Hewitt will speak at Proclaim 18, the NRB International Christian Media Convention that will be held February 27-March 2, 2018, in Nashville. In addition to speaking, Hewitt, Host of The Hugh Hewitt Show, will be broadcasting live from the Convention that week – Tuesday through Friday, 5-8 p.m. CT/6-9 p.m. ET.
Now Newsletter reports EMF has signed Charlie Van Dyke as its new image voice. And KLOVE is expected to be on the air in L.A. on KSWD/100.3 by the end of this week. EMF purchased KSWD from Entercom last month.
The Oconee Enterprise reports Prince Avenue Baptist Church is in the process of negotiating a sale for its station WMSL/Athens (88.9 The Reach). The paper says Prince Avenue Baptist Church approved on Sunday to pursue a sale agreement. The potential buyer is not known.
