WKNZ/Harrington (88.7 The Bridge) GM Bill Sammons has set up a GoFundMe account to help Carolina Christian Radio in Wilmington, NC with damages as a result of Hurricane Florence. CCR serves the Southeastern North Carolina Coastal Region with 3 Christian radio stations. Provident Label Group announces the staff promotion of Brian Dishon as Senior Vice President of Marketing. In addition, Dean Diehl has been named Senior Vice President of Strategy and New Business.


The Heart Share Group presents Stories and Stewardship 2019. Stories and Stewardship 2019 is a 4 day, 3 night event designed to help non-profits better tell their stories to their donors, partners, and supporters so as to steward the resources that have been given to them. Sessions will include content that will help those in attendance learn to tell their stories, find out what a partner really wants (and needs) to hear, and how to take your story and gain support for your cause. Stories and Stewardship 2019 will be held April 7-10, 2019 in Myrtle Beach, SC. For the 7th Consecutive year WBDX/Chattanooga (J103) has been named “Best Local Radio Station” by the Chattanooga Times Free Press Best.  A survey was conducted to determine the winner.
