Family Radio Senior Director of Program Vance Dillard announces he’s hired a new morning host. Jim Smith (at left) joins Family Radio stations as full-time morning show host. Most recently Jim hosted the WFCJ/Dayton morning program, “Life Together” for the last 18 months. His Christian radio assignments previously included mornings at WAKW/Cincinnati (Star 93.3). Jim and his wife Susan are relocating from the Dayton-Cincinnati market to Nashville.
Dillard commented “Jim has been doing on air work for us since March of this year. Having him in our new Franklin studios will enable us to super-serve morning audiences from coast to coast. Jim is a pro, he brings a warm and friendly voice, plus thoughtful, encouraging stories and devotionals reflecting Family Radio’s strong emphasis on the gospel.”
Your Network Of Praise/Kalispell (YNOP) PD David Brown checks in with HisAir and tells us he is still n the hunt for a morning co-host. Marci Truckey left this position recently to work with her 5 kids at home, because of the shifting school schedules. If interested check the listing HERE.
