iHeartMedia has launched a new Christian AC in Charlotte. It’s “Up 98.7” originating on translator W254AZ Belmont/Charlotte via its Classic Rock station WRFX-HD2. UP 98.7 “Charlotte’s Positive Hits Station” began stunting  in November as “Christmas 98.7”. 

For the 4th time in the 11-year history of TheBlast.FM, the new year kicked off with the addition of a new station. Station number 4 “The BlastoZoic Era went on the air at midnight Jan 1st.
